Windows 8.2 : release date and feature!!!

 After the Windows 8.1 Microsoft is going to give the new windows update and named it as Windows 8.2 or Windows 9. Yes Microsoft is going to launch its new Window 8.2 on this January 2014.

Microsoft recently reveals Windows 8.1 which was just improvement of Windows 8, but the truth is that Windows 8.1 does not do enough as a new update. Yes,Windows 8.1 update becomes the failure for Windows.  It just simply made Windows 8 slightly less terrible, that’s the reason, why this update is not so successful among consumers. Microsoft is attentively monitoring the response by the user and also the reviews for this update. Now the company has already started to create a list of do’s and don’ts that may appear in the new Windows 8.2.

Release of Windows 8.2 or Windows 9?

It is expected that Microsoft may release its Windows 8.2 update in early 2014, may be it will released in January of 2014, but this was not officially announced by Microsoft. Take a look at Windows 8.1 update, which already has many, bugs that why Microsoft needs a new update that will free from all of the previous bugs. Microsoft addressed these bugs like smoothing the cracks between desktop and touch interface, allow user to boot directly and some other small fixes in this update. Windows 8.2 may be a next version that likely to be called “Windows 9”.

Windows 8.1 is a free update, so that it (Windows 8.2 or Windows 9) will also a free version from Microsoft  on Windows Store, that will a positive sign for a user. Microsoft has taken a keen interest on its customers by giving free Windows 8.2 update.

What are the Changes in Windows 8.2 or Windows 9?


One of the major problem or main features of the operating system Windows 8.1 by which Windows 8.1 lack behind is its Start buttons, the “START” button return that was majorly asked by the user. Microsoft improvises this problem in this update, but did it in its own style; which is not satisfy the consumers fully. To open as a traditional Start button like in Windows 7, you have to make a right click on it. It is expected by the user that the Windows 8.2 or Windows 9 have the “START” menu which is opened by pressing the left button of mouse and this may a major change which User wants for so long.


The latest Windows 8.2 is now going to give faster internet explorer service with its new update. Microsoft introduces Internet Explorer 11 in the Windows 8.1 that will not give so much difference with the older version of Internet Explorer. All version of IE contain same problem of slow web page loading. In the new Version Windows 8.2, Microsoft will use the latest version of Internet Explorer that will increase the speed of web loads. Microsoft is always criticized for the Internet Explorer which is slower than other famous web browser like Mozilla Firefox, Chrome etc.


Microsoft may include separate option for ‘Booting to the desktop’ and ‘shutdown’ button that was frequently asked by the user for so long. The rumours said that Microsoft bring major changes in the release of 8.2 is that in new version company may bring back the  common libraries in file explorer which do not show by default at present, that was asked by the user for so long. The rumours said big changes in their 8.2 or Windows 9 release will bring back the more common Libraries in file explorer, which currently does not show by default.

The upcoming windows 8.2 is just the modified version of Windows 8.1, we can say that the 8.2 is the new update for Windows and its most probable for official announce globally on this January 2014. The latest Window 8.2 update offers the more interesting features and makes your system faster in accessing, many changes includes like start menu option, internet explorer, and file explorer which makes this windows up to the mark. Hope that this Windows 8.2 or Windows 9 may be a wonder for Microsoft and offers the great success unlike its previous Windows 8.1 version.
